After the alps i gained some in just a couple of days...dreadful.

Lost it all, and since i´ve done a lot of cardio (almost every day), been eating small meals only, cut off all candy coke i'm actually in pretty good shape.

Still 200 pounds, but less fat and more muscle...I´m a happy camper :-)

Not to much UK sadly, will be in Sweden for a long time ahead it seem...good thing though summer...or spring seems to be on its way, 8 degrees celsius and sunshine yesterday and today...meaning gym and dancing will soon be joined by golf :-)

Title: Fot is great, training great...everything great:-) 2012-02-05 14:47:35
Hey everyone... who reads this :-)

It’s been 3 months now since my injury, haven’t been online a lot at all, not been in the mood.

It’s been lots of rehab, sooo boring, but of course necessary. Doctors say that I’ll always feel a difference between my left and right be it, nothing I can do about it.

Anyhow, all is well, went to the alps a week ago, thought I would have to learn snowboarding or something else because of the ankle, but skiing wasn’t a problem :-)

I gained some weight (not much) lying on the couch a lot for 12 weeks, but it’s shedding rapidly, going to the gym several times a week.

I used to before; the main difference is a newfound love for cardio. This has to do a lot with music, listening to what the gym has to offer is not an option.

Not been to London for a long time now, my cousins were here last year, I should go, but so much to do at work in Sweden now...

No golf now sadly, but going to Spain in lots latino dancing...tell you more next time, promise to write more often :-)

Well, come when everything is going great something always happens that takes you right back down to mother earth, hahaha...

Shouldn´t laugh really, hurt my ankle really bad having some fun with my inlines indoors on a concrete slab...can´t stand up properly.

The doctor said I should try to rest as much as possible, not putting any weight on it at all. Means "Don't go out, work from home, no gym!! Crap!"

Title: How do you combine? 2011-10-22 11:35:34
Variation is key in any exercise if you want to avoid boredom and stagnation. To lift weights for an hour might seem like a minute to you, but a lifetime to someone else.

Therefore it’s important to find activity/activities that are somewhat fun in your opinion. Another good idea for variation is to switch training methods, one of the best options I think to dodge boredom.

Keep track of your progress over time, it will motivate you to keep on struggling and will also inspire others to start =)

At the moment I’m super motivated, combining strength (gym), cardiovascular (running) balance and coordination (martial arts) training, total satisfaction. Working out is my life!

How do you combine your training??
